Installed Ubuntu Hardy Heron (8.04) Server Today

Just a reminder to myself that this was the day that I installed my Ubuntu server and with what options:

  • DNS server
  • LAMP server
  • Mail server:
    Installed with “lani.nu” as domain and “Internet with smarthost” as option and set the smtp to mail.lani.nu.
  • OpenSSH server
  • Samba File server
